Returns
You may return unused and unopened items, including the original packaging box, within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please make sure all returned items are in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, used or worn lash products.
For non-quality related returns, such as change of mind or wrong item ordered, a 20% restocking and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly offer a replacement.
